We are U.S.-based. If you visit from outside the U.S., your data may be processed in the U.S. and other countries which may have different data protection laws. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., SCCs for EEA/UK transfers via our processors).
11) Notice for customers receiving services (Service Data)
When we provide networking or camera services for a business customer, we may process limited personal information about your employees/visitors/devices (e.g., names/emails for Wi-Fi access, device MAC/IP, AP connection logs generated by your systems). In that context:

We act as your processor and process Service Data only on your documented instructions under our service agreement or data processing addendum (DPA).

You (the customer) are responsible for providing any end-user notices or consents required by law.

We do not access camera footage unless explicitly engaged to install, maintain, or troubleshoot your system, and then only as necessary and as agreed.

Upon termination, we return or delete Service Data per contract, subject to legal retention obligations.
For residential clients, Service Data is used only to deliver your requested services and support.
12) Children’s privacy
Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child provided personal information through the site, contact us to request deletion.
13) Third-party links
Our site may link to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies before providing personal information.
14) Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest revision. Material changes will be posted on this page and, if appropriate, notified by email.
