Residential
Whole-Home Wi-Fi Installation in Austin
Fast, stable Wi-Fi in every room, the patio and the garage. Planned for your layout, walls and devices.

The problem
Your internet is fast at the modem. The problem is getting it to the rooms you actually use.
Dead zones in back bedrooms, buffering in the evening, video calls that freeze, mesh units that barely helped, smart devices that keep dropping offline: all symptoms of a network nobody designed.
We replace all-in-one routers with a controller-based system, hard-wire the access points and test every room before we leave, so the speed you pay for reaches every room.
Our process
How We Design Your Wi-Fi

Step 01
Measure first
We walk your home, measure the space and run a coverage check to see where the signal actually drops and what’s causing it.

Step 02
Right access points, right places
We choose the number, type and placement of access points for your rooms and walls, and give you a fixed-bid quote with a couple of options.

Step 03
Clean PoE wiring and handoff
Access points are hard-wired with PoE Ethernet, mounted cleanly and labeled. We tune channels, test room by room and hand you a simple network diagram.

What Our Clients Say
“Braxton set up our home network and made the whole process easy. He walked us through a few options, pricing was fair, and the install is super tidy. We’d absolutely recommend FortiFi.”
Marcus D., Homeowner
“Video calls used to freeze or drop constantly. Braxton gave us a solid plan: every desk can hard-wire if needed and Wi-Fi coverage is rock-steady. No more help-desk complaints.”

FAQ
Common Questions
Still have a question? Send it through our quote form and we’ll get back to you, usually within one business day.
What happens at the on-site consult?
We walk your space, measure it, run a coverage check and create a mini heat map. You get a recommended gear list and a fixed-bid quote with a couple of options. Home consults take about 45–60 minutes and business consults 60–90 minutes. If you approve the install within 30 days, the consult fee is credited toward it.
Will mesh Wi-Fi fix my dead zones?
Sometimes, but mesh units that talk to each other wirelessly lose speed with every hop, and they usually end up wherever there’s an outlet. Hard-wired access points in the right spots give you full speed in every room.
Can you work with my existing equipment?
Often, yes. If your router or access points are solid, we reuse them and fill the gaps. If they’re the bottleneck, we explain why and give you options, so you don’t overspend.
What brands do you install?
We usually install Ubiquiti UniFi because it’s reliable, scalable and gives you clear visibility into your network. We also work with Cisco Meraki, TP-Link Omada and Aruba when they’re a better fit.
Do you run new cable, or just place access points?
Both. We handle low-voltage cabling, PoE, clean routing, mounting, setup and channel tuning. If running cable isn’t practical, we design around it and explain the trade-offs.
How soon can you install?
Lead time is usually 1–2 weeks after the consult, with limited rush slots. Most homes and small offices take one day; multi-access-point or cabling jobs take 1–2 days, and larger projects are scheduled during scoping.
What areas do you serve?
We’re based in Austin and serve Round Rock and the surrounding cities from Waco down to San Antonio, including Georgetown, Cedar Park, Pflugerville, Leander, Hutto, Buda, Kyle, San Marcos and Temple.
