New-Home & Remodel Network Pre-Wiring in Austin
The best time to wire your home is before the drywall goes up. Plan it once and never fish a cable again.

Build it in
Pre-wiring costs a fraction of retrofitting later.
We plan cable paths, access point locations and camera drops with you and your builder, rough it in at the right stage, and finish it when you move in.
We map where you’ll work, stream, game and need coverage, including outdoor spaces, and design a network that’s ready for how you’ll live in the house. Building homes for clients? See our builder services.
Our process
How Pre-Wiring Works

Step 01
Plan before framing is closed
We review plans, mark access point, TV, office and camera locations, and agree on a central spot for the network equipment.

Step 02
Rough-in on schedule
We run and label cable at rough-in, coordinating with your builder and other trades so nothing gets in the way.

Step 03
Finish and test at move-in
We terminate, install access points and equipment, test every drop and hand you documentation of what’s where.
What you get
Ready From Day One
Clean, hidden cable, access points exactly where they belong, and a network ready for cameras and smart devices from move-in.
Access point locations
Ceiling drops placed for whole-home coverage, including outdoor areas.
Office, TV and camera drops
Wired where speed matters, planned around your furniture.

A central, ventilated location for the network gear.
FAQ
Common Questions
Still have a question? Send it through our quote form and we’ll get back to you, usually within one business day.
When should I contact you?
Ideally before framing is closed, so we can plan with your builder and rough in at the right time. We can still help later, but it’s easiest before drywall.
Do you work with my builder?
Yes. We coordinate with your builder and trades, rough in on their schedule and keep the site clean.
What brands do you install?
We usually install Ubiquiti UniFi because it’s reliable, scalable and gives you clear visibility into your network. We also work with Cisco Meraki, TP-Link Omada and Aruba when they’re a better fit.
What areas do you serve?
We’re based in Austin and serve Round Rock and the surrounding cities from Waco down to San Antonio, including Georgetown, Cedar Park, Pflugerville, Leander, Hutto, Buda, Kyle, San Marcos and Temple.
