Business Wi-Fi Installation in Austin

Fast guest Wi-Fi, reliable staff and POS networks, and coverage that holds up at peak hours.

Commercial Wi-Fi

Busy logins, patios and class times crush consumer routers.

We build Wi-Fi that handles crowds, keeps payments online and gets you better reviews instead of complaints. We survey your space, model coverage on your floor plan and place access points for real-world load: dining rooms, retail floors, gyms, exam rooms and conference rooms.

Staff, guest, POS and IoT traffic are separated, and voice and video are prioritized so calls stay clear when the place is full.

What Our Clients Say

Rated 5 out of 5

“We’d been getting complaints about slow, flaky Wi-Fi. FortiFi caught that we’d bought the wrong access points for our layout. Now customers tell us it’s the fastest around, and it’s helped business.”

Leah J., Coffee shop owner

Rated 5 out of 5

“Video calls used to freeze or drop constantly. Braxton gave us a solid plan: every desk can hard-wire if needed and Wi-Fi coverage is rock-steady. No more help-desk complaints.”

FAQ

Common Questions

Still have a question? Send it through our quote form and we’ll get back to you, usually within one business day.

We walk your space, measure it, run a coverage check and create a mini heat map. You get a recommended gear list and a fixed-bid quote with a couple of options. Home consults take about 45–60 minutes and business consults 60–90 minutes. If you approve the install within 30 days, the consult fee is credited toward it.

Yes. We can set up a simple branded sign-in or voucher page with sensible limits for guests.

Often, yes. If your router or access points are solid, we reuse them and fill the gaps. If they’re the bottleneck, we explain why and give you options, so you don’t overspend.

We usually install Ubiquiti UniFi because it’s reliable, scalable and gives you clear visibility into your network. We also work with Cisco Meraki, TP-Link Omada and Aruba when they’re a better fit.

Lead time is usually 1–2 weeks after the consult, with limited rush slots. Most homes and small offices take one day; multi-access-point or cabling jobs take 1–2 days, and larger projects are scheduled during scoping.

We’re based in Austin and serve Round Rock and the surrounding cities from Waco down to San Antonio, including Georgetown, Cedar Park, Pflugerville, Leander, Hutto, Buda, Kyle, San Marcos and Temple.
