What credentials can residents use?
Mobile app and Apple Wallet access, NFC cards and fobs, and PIN pads, mixed however you need.
Can we unlock doors remotely?
Yes. Doors can be unlocked from the app for deliveries or vendors, and intercoms let visitors call.
Does it work with cameras?
Yes. With UniFi Protect, door events line up with video so you can review any entry.
What happens at the on-site consult?
We walk your space, measure it, run a coverage check and create a mini heat map. You get a recommended gear list and a fixed-bid quote with a couple of options. If you approve the install within 30 days, the consult fee is credited toward it.
